FAQ

What are you really getting when you hire me instead of a larger copywriting service?  Take a look at the following frequently asked questions, and the advantage is clear!

How long will it take before you finish my project?

I can work around any deadline you have.  Even a 24-hour turnaround is possible, depending on the size and scope of your project.

Why am I able to work so fast?

It's because I'm the only one involved.  The bigger the business, the more bureaucracy and subcontracting you're going to put up with.  However, when you hire me as an independent contractor, I can start working on your project immediately!

Who Writes My Project?

When you hire me, your project isn't being farmed out to a college kid (or worse yet—someone who's still in high school).  Many of the larger websites that specialize in on-demand writing will boast an impressive list of clients and testimonials, but they're not very honest when it comes to describing who will be doing the work.  I do all of my own writing, and I'm always a phone call away!

What Are Your Qualifications?

I have a proven track record with over a decade of experience as a professional writer.  I've worked for The Walt Disney Company, have ghostwritten over ten high-profile real estate training manuals, wrote hundreds of pages of print and web copy; for further proof of my skills in front of a keyboard, please take a look at my Samples page.

What Is Your Customer Service Policy?

I've always worked hard to make sure that my customers are 100% satisfied with their product.  Every project includes one half-hour of free revision time, so that if everything isn't perfect, I can make it perfect.  I work hard to make your ideas sound as good as they possibly can.

Why Are Your Prices So Low?

My business expenses consist of a home office, a cellular telephone, and an internet connection.  I can give you lower price quotes because I don't have to control an office full of writers, manage payroll, or perform any of the other mundane tasks associated with running a large business.  The benefits of a one-man, one-stop operation are clear, and consider the alternative: do you really want to pay someone an hourly wage to surf the internet?
